Regulation of the Council of Ministries of 26 February 2008 amending the regulation on fees relating to the protection of inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, geographical indications and topographies of integrated circuits

By virtue of Article 222(3) of the act of 30 June 2000 – Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws of 2003, No 119 text 1117 and 2004 No 33 text 286) the following is decreed:

1. In  Regulation of the Council of Ministries of 29 August 2001 on fees relating to the protection of inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, geographical indications and topographies of integrated circuits (Journal of Laws No 90, text 1000  and 2004 No 35, text 309 ) Annexes 1 to 5 shall read as follows in Annexes 1 to 5 to this Regulation.
   
   
2. This Regulation shall enter into force 14 days following its publication, i.e. 26 March 2008.
